The agency founder, Jana Imison, spent 11 years working as an au pair, babysitter, nanny and maternity nurse in the United Kingdom, Spain and Australia prior to opening Exclusive Nannies. It was her home-based childcare expertise that led her to opening a nanny agency in Sydney that not only matches fantastic nannies with clients but also provides an ongoing support to both clients and nannies in all fields of at-home childcare to ensure the wellbeing and happiness of the children, clients and nannies.

All our nannies are screened and personally interviewed prior to adding them to our database. We make sure each nanny meets the highest possible standards, including but not limited to police and reference checks, ‘Working With Children’ certificate, First aid training and appropriate insurance.
