I am very glad to have found Exclusively Beauty recently. They are conveniently located near Liverpool CBD, have clean and orderly premises with a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and experienced and their products and services are the best ones I have come across. I would definitely recommend this beauty salon, especially to those seeking a higher quality service. I will be visiting again soon.

Went in for my last lift and lash tint there today and everyone was friendly, and place was neat however, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting lash lift or tint. The job was rushed and not was not done right. The 1st step started with the first solution applied and only AFTER that that the under eye pad was applied to protect it from the chemical. I know I shouldn't be feeling pain but I was in quite a lot of pain from tugging the skin and lashes as well as the solution. After that first solution was done, my eyelids were left there not covered, a short while later (which felt like less than 10mins) it was cleaned off and the second step was applied. I felt more burning and kept asking if it's normal. The lady said it normal, so I tried to relax and shortly after, it was cleaned off again with the eyelids not covered. She washed off the solution with water which I'm pretty sure you're not suppose to. I asked about that and she said it ok, but I'm not allowed put water on my lashes for 24hrs. Next was my lash tint... I don't know where to start... let's just say I look like I have a semi-permanent faded eyeliner on my eyes now. The tint took longer than the lift! I was left there for some time and my eyes start burning more and more I started tearing up. The lady FINALLY came and I told her my eye were burning a lot. She Started cleaning it off with quite a bit of water on a cotton ball which at first made it 10x worse as it started seeping into my eyes. It eventually got better after she pad it off with a dry towel. After that I finally was able to open my eyes and check out the result. I was not impressed. Lashes were uneven with some at the corner of my eyes pointing downwards and the tint did not darken the lashes like it should but instead made me look like I have a half rubbed out eyeliner at the end of a party. That's $85 and my time wasted. Just thought I should help people avoid the disappointment and pain I went through by reviewing. I added photos to show the uneven result and that eyeliner look I got. Also just gonna add, I have not touched or applied anything on the eye area. This is was the result.

Staff are amazing and very welcoming, my first time here and I have finally found my go to place for eyebrows by vlasta had a lashlift and facial was amazing, this place wont disappoint am coming back in the near future

Was looking for a regular place to go to closer to home and came across this salon. I am so happy with not just my treatment but also Ida who was such a kind and customer focused person who made me feel comfortable and welcome from start to finish.

I noticed her other customers there really loved her too. The service was everything I expected- professional and efficient. The place is very clean and located right across Westfield.

Have been here twice and the staff are very professional. Their wax is of a superior quality and it lessens the pain. Their technique is also excellent and I am glad to have found this hidden gem in the heart of Liverpool.
