At Explore & Develop Annandale we offer early childhood education and care.

At Explore & Develop Annandale we value creating and continuing to build relationships with children, families in our care and our community.

We are involved in several programs that support educators to work with children and their families.

We recognize the first 3 years of a child's life is the greatest brain growth its is also a stressful time for families as such we use Early Childhood Australia's Kids Matter program to educate and inform educators and families about coping and parenting effectively during this time.

We recognize that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have been nurturing and teaching children on this land for thousands of years and it is now our role to educate the children and families in our community.
