Worst service. The girl couldn't even talk she kept coughing all over my misses. Worst customer service everrr. Not clean at all

Worst service ever the girls are disgusting. The girl at the front desk is a rude persons.

Very poor service. Walked in and asked for full leg wax. Taken to room then 2 therapists came in completely ignored me apart from confirming what i was having done and just spoke between themselves whilst also gossiping about their colleague. I was invisible!..have never experienced such a shocking service. If you are not happy in your job or career change it to one where you dont deal with people. Will never return again.

If I can give no stars I will. Worst place they Burt my sister eyebrow as waxing then tell her they won't charge seriously thank you for burning her and not charging her. They need a lot more training. And was told by there so called manager she will vomit on my face. And hung up the phone as I was making a complain. Very poor service and rude

Service was so poor. I asked for eyelash extensions and the lady rudely implied that they wouldn't work with my lashes so it'll be better to get a lash lift. Obviously she was too lazy to do the extensions. They were rude from when I walked in the door (apart from an islander chick who was lovely). Other than that, poor service not to mention poor job done on the lash lift. Waste of time and waste of money.

Disgusting service.. Poorly maintained clinic.. Very unclean and unhygienic. Very poor waxing. Skin irritation occurred which needed medical attention.

Incredibly rude service. I walked in with a very simple enquiry. They did not offer the service, which is fine, but instead of telling me this the woman st reflection responded curtly to my enquiry: "Not my job sorry". Left me feeling dirty for having taken 3s of her day to ask a simple question.
