Shout out to @duckcreekmacadamias for sharing your delicious products with us @fallenleaf.co for Saturday’s exhibition
❤️ @duckcreekmacadamias started in 1987 with the purchase of two macadamia farms – in Newrybar and Teven. Their business grew so much they came to rely on not only our own harvests, but those of other local growers. Over the years their reputation has grown as producers of Australia’s finest macadamia products – including cold pressed oil, pure macadamia hon...ey and of course our premium sweet and savoury macadamias.
Now 30 years later, Duck Creek Macadamias is still 100% Australian owned and run, operating from the original farmhouse in historic Newrybar in the heart of the pristine Byron Bay hinterland.
And they grow, sight is never lost of their farmhouse origins, celebrating the Australian macadamia and of being truly “of and from the farm.

Thanks to Stone and Wood .. always such generous sponsors and awesome beer !! A little about who they are:
Born and raised in Byron Bay, we're proudly independent and local, brewing and bottling our approachable beer in the Northern Rivers of NSW.
... After catching a wave, a band at the pub, exploring the hinterland or catching up with friends, in this part of the world people enjoy having a beer. We brew beer for times like these - beers for the locals, friends passing through and those who appreciate good beer.
This region's natural beauty, the colourful, eclectic and community-minded people and the conscious approach to living inspire us and our beers.
It has shaped our philosophies and our values, influencing our approach to business and to living a good life. We try to not overcomplicate things, keep it simple and real, while using beer as a force for good.
The way of living around here is the way it should be.

LIMONCELLO a sponsor of FALLEN is another product we can be proud of from our region !
In 2008 Douglas and Christine Kesteven from Whian Whian, NSW just north of Lismore first made Limoncello from the bush lemons on their property. This is made as a fortified fruit wine unlike the traditional Italian liqueur. This is their most awarded wine including gold and their most popular product. The traditional citrus zing of the lemons combines with a palate of butter overtones, ...which is a product of the lemon wine.
Imogen’s farm winery was started at Whian Whian in 2002 by Christine and Douglas Kesteven when their Italian friends showed that the chambourcin grape prospered in this climate. They have also award wining fortified fruit wines using tahitian limes and the brazilian berry jaboticaba.
Their wines are available online, at selected bottleshops, selected markets and used by some local iconic restaurants such as Harvest and the Beach Cafe.
Gold medal and Best in Class: Cairns Australian Fruit Wine Awards 2011. Silver medal Hobart Auatralian Fruit Wine Awards 2012.

We are so excited to be serving our local creative goodness on Saturday on the beautiful Hand Made Hire Tableware from Byron Bay.
A range which grew from the love of the hinterland, the desire to create beauty, and the honour the universal elements - earth, fire and water.
A wish to leave the smallest possible footprint on Mother Earth is the underlying principle of our business. The Eden range of tableware is genuinely local, incredibly resilient, stylishly versatile, and ...naturally earthy - we are “Sharing The Earth Together” with integrity and grace.
The Eden Range : Using dark stoneware, personalised glaze and two firings to 1300 degrees, this tableware is beautiful yet strong. The collection is made up of Chargers, Mains, Sides, Share Bowls, Wine Goblets, Butter/Dessert Cups, Condiment Dishes and the fabulous Wine Goblet. They complete platters and hero pieces on request - the range is limitless. Handmade Hire emerged from a long friendship. Zani is a ceramicist and teacher and creates and shares all her skills and knowledge at The Clay Barn. She is the creator of the range and handmade every single piece. Megan has a background in hospitality and using her connections in the food industry in the Byron region, the specifications for our range were refined to ensure that they are perfect for formal dining, share tables and cocktail occasions; for chefs and wait staff and for those last ones standing, the dishies! Thank u @handmadehire ❤️ @ FallenLeaf
