this place and its judges a complete joke and are obviously not trained to make proper decisions its no wonder their going into royal commission they destroy children. Shame on you judges. omg Prince she is the same Judge that rubbished me in court. I will save this for her boss.

A house of misery and pain. A joke of a system which should be overhauled in favour of more dynamic, responsive tribunals. This would prevent vindictive partners from abusing the latency (currently 2+ years) in getting before a judge. Our moon-faced arch conservative Attorney General is a complete disgrace for not funding the court system adequately to allow for the replacement of retiring judges, thereby subjecting innumerable families to emotional distress lasting years.
Oh yeah, and it also costs you a bomb (aka tens of thousands of dollars)

STAY AWAY AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!

The Aussie judge gave me some horrible court orders. She was completely in favour of my Aussie ex-wife. I represented myself and my mum was seated behind me. This judge showed us utter disrespect. Her name is judge Boyle. Even though the court orders were atrocious, The ex is not sticking with the orders and is getting away with it. I have not seen my children in three months. Yeah, this is such fair justice alright!

They say they send documents by mail which doesn't arrive. They should send via registered mail for such important documents.
