My name is Karen Tonkin and my life experience as a busy mum of two and working in the health industry as a Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer, Counsellor and Massage Therapist has lead me here.

My Child Care service has been created from a labour of love and a desire to support you in your pursuit to develop children who love themselves, learning, playing and love life!

My approach is holistic and I believe in boosting children's confidence, expanding their learning / comfort zones, and supporting strong self awareness and self esteem. Health and happiness go hand in hand and mental health is paramount. Childhood is a time to establish healthy habits that sustain you for life.

It will be my privilege to share time making memories with your child that involve joy, play, laughter, friendship, fellowship, imagination and a sense of discovery that remain treasured childhood memories.
