Apparently they are only good for daily wear. Anything silk, cashmere or high end pieces, please send elsewhere. If it's bought from India, am informed it's crap and they don't care if ruined. Apologies to Joanne, she's great. It's the bad customer service by the husband and twice bitten never going back!

There seems to be a bit of a theme here. Dry cleaned our sleeping bags and the bags came back with broken zips - 3 of them. When returning them we were unpleasantly accused of trying it on with them. We appeared to be speaking with the owner or someone with authority as they are often there when we drop our clothes off. This is a moot point now as we shan't be back. It was an extremely unpleasant experience from a business that over the years we have used a fair bit.
