We purchases a sofa and 2 chair recliner set about 7 months ago - had an issue with the foam breaking down/collapsing. We called the store to inquire if it was covered under warranty. They had someone out to take a look at it within a few days - determined it would be covered under warranty and replacements delivered in a week. Could not have asked for better service.

Bad experience 3 years ago, and gave it another chance this week. No, still the worst customer service I've experienced and disorganised delivery. I've now had to take the day off work because the delivery times were stuffed up and no one bothered to tell me when it was coming. I'll only shop at Bennetts Green again, despite the fact I only live 5 minutes from the Newcastle West store.

We went in a few times paying off our furniture package and we were always treated wonderfully. They helped us alter our package and reccomened ways to decorate and upgrade or furniture.

My wife and I went into the store to buy some furniture we asked the staff of some assistance she lied to us about the product didn't want to help us I don't recommend the store as I got more help from Bennetts Green

Friendly staff, and the layout of the store, whilst a tad small, makes it easy to find complimentary items when kitting out a room.

If u are first time buyers or live in budget or live in for a short time I believe fantastic furniture is your place. I even try second-hand furniture but sometime fantastic furniture much cheaper than second-hand ones. But you must be warned i believe these furniture aren't quality furniture but after using it for several months I'm still happy with it. Little tip if u visit the Shop sometimes they put some furniture on sale due to damages or most of the time because they put it in display for long time. So good luck finding your furniture.

Great variety, not easy for parking, freindly helpful staff

If you are after cheap furniture this is the place to go. Same as all the other Fantastics, poor quality furniture at an average price. Staff didn't say hello or approach us but I guess it's all part of the "cheap price". We didn't purchase anything and won't be back. Also hardly any parking except on the main street which is busy and timed.

I went couple of times in last few weeks, awesome customer service by Lucas and Sandra, you guys are amazing, will definitely be going back there again.

Had an issue with our lounges in that the pleather started to come apart. However the store was really good and took it back and gave us a refund (minus delivery costs). Ben especailly was very helpful. Would have given 5 stars for the service, but I had to detract some for the faulty furniture.

I am a regular customer at fantastic furniture at Artarmon, my last visit with them was very disappointing however. This is because I left a deposit for my item which was not available at the time in store, then when the item arrived I was not in Sydney to pick it up. I informed one of the staff about this and that i will pick it when I come back. I received a phone call from one of the staff Elijah who left a very rude message on my phone that my item will be canceled if i do not pick it up on the day, and when I called back to explain that I was overseas and that I had informed his colleague, he repeated the same thing stating that I had to pay the rest of the deposit on the day or that my item will be cancelled. This is very unprofessional and disappointing and not the way to treat a loyal customer. When i went to pick up my item I tried to not speak to him because he could not understand my view as a regular customer. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Our first time going to this store today was a great experience. Good prices and all the staff in Artarmon branch were so helpful and friendly! :)

I haven't had my items delivered yet but I have to praise Sue that works at the Artarmon store. I was dreading going in and buying my new bed, Sue saw me wandering aimlessly, asked me what I was after and the rest is history. She knew what she was talking about, had fantastic banter, gave me options/comparisons and fit everything in my budget. Can't thank you enough Sue, thank you!

Excellent service, super friendly staff and great quality products. I was so impressed by the auality of the bedroom suite I bought for the price I paid. Delivery was seamless with great communication by the driver.

Good quality furniture at an excellent price. I have had less problem with Fantastic Furniture than "upmarket" furniture stores. When I had problems with two beds recently (with one the metal was cut incorrectly, with the other the wood in a bunk bed began to split) they replaced the faulty parts promptly.

I recently purchased bed from ff Warwick farm and they delivered it with a defect one. After reaching out to them (once visiting the shop, multiple times call to customer care, and email communications), still they haven't picked up the damaged product and refund has not been initiated yet. Absolutely disappointed with their service.

Lots of choices not only on furniture but all things for the household and also outside the house decors. This branch has ample parking area and there are also lots of stores around.

My recent issue with FF was ordering something that was available online only but be clear, I have never had issue with Warwick Farm store itself. The Louisa Make-Up Mirror was misleading in its product description. The assembled measurement that is stated as L36cm x D8cm x H47cm is not correct. When the mirror was delivered, I immediately noticed it was very small. The ACTUAL assembled product is L31cm x D6cm x H36cm, which is very significant. I even verified this with the third party supplier who said it would let FF know to change their product description. Furthermore, no one called me to arrange when they would collect the item back for refund. I get a phone call from the driver out of the blue several days later on a weekend and who can't get hold of me but after 7 missed calls in the space of an hour, decides to turn up at my home and question my son. I get home as they are leaving and see that they have the mirror, much to my disgust. I demanded to know why my son gave them the mirror without consulting me first. He said he felt compelled to because they kept knocking on the door and then questioned him over it. Disgusted by how this was handled. No apologies, no follow up, no compensation for the misleading advertising and wasting my time. Refunded my money several days later and that was that. Needless to say, 3 weeks after my complaint and bringing it to their attention, they still haven't updated their online product description. Perhaps the ACCC might have something to say about this blatant disregard for false and misleading claims.

Got sent the wrong products twice. Due to it being a factory fault apparently I still had to take out my personal time and fuel and energy to go and pick it up from the store even upon paying for delivery. Customer service at store is also rude as staff comment on your personal conversations upon overbearing it and give their own personal comments.

I went in on the 22nd of July to purchase some furniture and left less than impressed.After speaking to Ryan from your social media team to assure stock was available next to nothing could be done by staff in store to expedite delivery. I found it difficult to believe the chairs i wanted would take 2 weeks to be delivered from chullora to warwick farm. Even the alternatives which were not custom made would still take over 4 weeks to arrive according to staff. Very Poor Service.

The store layout is a little crowded inside. There was not a lot of variety of furniture. On the other hand, they offer a large variety of kids furniture. The staff were extremely friendly and were very helpful as they recommend other stores for your specific needs.

If I could give not a single star rating I would do so. It's my first time purchase with Fantastic and wasn't a good experience. I would recommend not to purchase through online, the delivery system was bad. I was told to be emailed to confirm the delivery time frame, but no emailed was sent. I ended up contacting them and being put on hold for more than 10 minutes for several times. Initially dealt with someone who couldn't help me and pretty rude, a total waste of time.
Eventually the package arrived, but the courier whom Fantastic arranged didn't even knock the door, they just dumped the furniture outside my home. I was home all day, waited and waited. I had to call the courier and only found out it had been delivered and dumped infront of my home.
What a waste of time. To be honest, it's the worst experience I ever had. I don't recommend to purchase through online.

Everything was fine until they tried to deliver it. The delivery workers didn't bother to ring the door bell. Just called twice then didn't bother to answer when I called back. They are a nightmare to deal with. Save your time, energy and money and go somewhere else.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed help. They did not hover but were there when we needed to ask something. From the staff on the floor, to the guys in the warehouse/pickup, friendly, cheerful, nothing too much trouble. Had my 82 year old aunt with me and she was equally impressed with the customer service.

Do not shop at the Chullora store! Worst products you could ever buy, worst customer service and just a waste of time and money! No care from the staff - shop elsewhere! Buyer beware here, after service is disgusting. Better of shopping at Super Amart, Ikea or Freedom - not here!

Huge store and best thing is warehouse is next to it. So whatever u buy ready to pick up from back side. However sometime warehouse got stock issue. In the system it shows they have stock but sometime the stockman unable to find it.

They have the worst customer service I've ever had. My order was messed up and I couldn't get items after 4 weeks. Also I couldn't contact them over the phone. Always on hold...

I was told to visit the store to pick up an order that was ready and waiting. After attending the store I was told at the reception to go to the back warehouse. So I did but only to be told again to go back to reception.

I was sent back and forth several times so I asked to see a manager. An overweight female manager called JO (yes she has a guys name) came out. JO had a nasty attitude almost as if she hated her job.

If you make the unfortunate decision to visit this place. steer clear from JO. You cant miss her. She is very overweight, lazy, nasty attitude and struggles a little to walk.

Great customer service at the Burwood store, We bought a shoe cabinet that was faulty but couldn't get in in the car due to installing child car seats. They arranged for it to be picked up the next day and gave us a refund with no issues :)

If you are looking for great furniture that are less expensive, then I recommend Fantastic... Beauty and price does not always equate to the same thing, trust your creativeness and you will not fail :)

Apprently its a thing for this store or brand in general to have poor customer service!

I bought a foam pillow a week ago and it wasnt as comfortable when i went home and it felt when I tried it in store so I decided to see if I can get an exchange.

I was aware of the fact that its a pillow and alot of hygine considerations might take place if I wana get an exchange! I made sure to place a pillow cover on it to maintain its condition.

After calling the customer care, the staff on the phone assured me 100% that its not only exchangable, you can also get a refund!

However, after visiting the store, staff personnel informed me otherwise and that I cant exchange the item due to hygine reasons.

Staff are poorly trainined, every single one of them would tell you something else! That is not the first time such a thing happens!

Ordered the 3 seater Miami sofa online. It was delivered to my door in 2 weeks. Didn't need to go into a store which was great. Highly recommend fantastic online.

Went here with full intentions to buy a lounge, even already knew which one I wanted. The employee there made me feel so uncomfortable I left the store with nothing. I refuse to buy from someone so rude!

Avoid this place and go to Freedom next door. Once you have paid, customer service disappears. Delivery window booked at a time I had already said I was unavailable. I immediately called to say the time does not work. Fantastic (Thomas Tan) refused to move the delivery time without charging again for delivery. Despite being polite at all times Thomas Tan hung up on me twice. Avoid.

For the lack of quality there's a lack of price. But still I prefer Ikea

Quality is very low. My couch is broken in middle because the wood park is very thin, so a person of 75kg or above will easily break it. Some thin wood are connected by STAPLE PINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is not upto the mark . The furnitures are affordable but masked by bad customer service . Went for few minutes and the customer service assistant wasn't interested in showing us the alternatives when a product is not available . Went to the Super Amart across the street and the deal was done in less than 10 minutes . Can't comment on the quality of the furnitures but long way to go in the customer service department!!!

Visited during the Easter weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I had an infant with me and the sales person was very rude towards me and my infant for something he did by accident. When I spoke to a senior person, he just told me that not everybody in the world is the same and I need to accept people are different.

None of the staff treat you with a smile or even basic courtesy. They were complaining that the manager went on leave for Easter and made all the staff work. This is an internal issue and should not be shown towards customers.

I complained on the site only to receive a call when I was in a meeting. I was told that I will be called the next day but haven't got a call since then.

I am still frustrated as to how kids can be treated so poorly.

Nice bargains, OK customer service in store. ZERO response over phone. I wanted to inquire about a recent purchase and called them up about 8 times across two days but nobody bothered to pick the phone.

Everything was good but some staff members are not committed in providing excellent services. I enquired about a bed and i was left waiting for 20 minutes until I went to somebody else. After paying for the bed, we later found out we had to drive somewhere else to pick it up. Would have been nicer of them to tell us beforehand

Witnessed the worst behaviour from the staff. They know nothing about customer service. A customer with an infant needed some help and the staff didn't even expressed any compassion. On top of that when that customer complained to the manager, the manager made fun of him. The retarded racist bastard !!

Walked around for about an hour and no one approached us. Customer Service... could be 100% better. No experience on the phone with finance company either. Waste of time.

It's my new tv table.when I open the box,I find its broken.i call the service,they ask me bring back.its very big one table,it's very hard for me to bring it back,and because there is no cover box on it,and the conner is very sharp,so it's dangerous for me .and I ask help for fantastic,but no feed back.its not my fault,I just want buy a table,but it give me a lot trouble.

Worst service ever. Manager Rebecca (as par docket ) was very rude. More than a month long delay to deliver ( still waiting ). No body contacted for delay. When I inquired the manager was very rude instead of sorry. Never going to recommend anyone shopping here.

Smaller fantastic furniture store

Good pricing/service/parking. Unfortunately did not have stock nor a display chair advertised in latest brochure. Another 1-2weeks before they would have any. Why put it in brochure if unavailable to view item. Phoned before leaving home to check availability but no answer. Wasted trip/time.

Walk around the bedding section looking for a bed for our son and all the staff were too busy having a chit chat at the counter to worry about customer service. We were the only people in the store and were there for a good 10 mins and didn't even get acknowledged. Good beds for someone on a budget but lack of service has a big impact.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful when it comes to exchanges and refunds. Recommended.

Good floor showroom and selections - Wish items were all in the same place though - such as all couches together, beds together...oh well. Fairly good warranty period - If you buy cheap furniture it is bit rubbish - I got 2 cupboards and the clips holding the together broke during assembly - just cheap crap - CBF taking it back cause I will have to spend 3 hours assembling the whole thing again. Hint: IF you dont want to assemble ask if you can buy floor stock for a discounted price.
