Great customer service. Both before and after purchase. Bought many items from the Rutherford store now. Staff are friendly and help you when you need to replace or repair an item under warranty. We had an almost 5 year old lounge and 2 armchairs fall apart due to bonded leather. Fantastic Furniture had extended their warranty on bonded leather items due to this being very common. So we were credited the full purchase amount and used it to buy replacements, plus another whole lounge. All of this was delivered free of charge and the old lounge taken away. Since then the handle broke on one (recliner). No charge for someone to come by and fix it. Then a rip in the cover. Replaced the entire lounge at no charge. All of these warranty claims with absolutely no fuss from the staff. In fact they were the ones that told us about the bonded leather warranty was extended in the first place. Delivery staff are top notch as well. Assembled the lounge and chairs for us again with no fuss.

Staff friendly and helpful, most furniture great quality the cheaper items are a little lower quality as can be expected from price. Good range.
