They never budge on price which is a shame cause sometimes the chairs etc don't last very long. Decent prices in saying that.

Love this shop and prices are so good especially if you are starting out and can't afford Harvey Norman or Domaynes prices. You can furnish a home or unit very cheaply and have it looking like a million dollars.

Bought the bliss queen mattress from them. Slept on it for a few weeks. Went overseas and started having upper back problems sleeping on it after getting back because it was too soft and did not provide any support whatsoever. It 3 year warranty on it, but not for screwing up your back. Stay away from this store which has no quality assurance systems

We spent over an hour selecting lounges , dining tables, beds, coffee table, mirror , tv unit. The price came to nearly $4000. They are supposed to be the Package Deal Kings according to the signage on the building. They took $30 off the total price and added $80 for delivery.
What a joke.

Bought a bed. Half way through construction found a part that was defective. Could not have seen this before starting. Rang store. They would not deliver part so had to drive 30 min to get the part. Asked for some small compensation for my time and petrol. Response: "That's not our policy". Asked for a duplicate part just in case the first replacement didn't work. Response: "That's not our policy".

Not keen on there service , it's budget furniture with budget service .
Alot different than buying from domayne and Harvey Norman even sell 4 less that has great prices has outstanding service....
