I bought a Jadore dress from here which was approximately $120 cheaper than in Adelaide. It arrived all neatly packaged within 3-4 days and was perfect! I would highly recommend Fashionably Yours & wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing again from them. 🌷

Recently visited this store and cannot recommend it enough. Passionate staff who love helping customers and best variety of different styles of dresses. Highly recommend.

I bought a Roxanne wedding gown by Wendy makin from fashionably yours bridal shop last week. The service I received from the store manager Naomi is excellent. She is gentle, considerate and very professional. Not pushy at all. She let me and my mum take our time to ' say yes to the dress'. I will come back for my bridesmaid dresses soon. Thank you fashionably yours! Your store makes planning a wedding a joy!

I went into Fashionably yours with my mum the other day to look for a formal dress, the dresses are really pretty and classy.

Absolutely disgusted.
If I could give no stars I would, that's how bad Linda (the owner) is. She rips you off...DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Went in to the store with 3 of my bridesmaids, tried on 2 dresses that we liked, asked to get it sent out to us in the WINE colour. She said that they can do it in wine in the 2 designs that we want and put down a $100 deposit so it could be sent out to us. Walked out of there happy and pleased with the service that we had gotten from the shop assistants.
Received a package from fashionably yours later on during the week...it wasn't the style nor the colour that we had originally agreed upon with Linda the owner. Went to give it back on the Friday as agreed (even though it was the wrong dress, wrong colour, no where near the style that we had agreeed upon) Asked to get our $100 deposit back, she refused and made up that we were being rude to the shop assistant and that we took longer than we should have (even though she never specified a time limit). Linda was no help, kept on saying irrelevant information, not answering the questions we had put to her. Not referring to me at all just kept on talking to my Fiancé, ignoring the fact that I was there. Practically pushed us out of the door and wasn't able to defend herself or able to come to an agreeable conclusion, where both parties would have been happy.
Absolutely disgusted with the service of Linda. Am not going to shop at this store for any of my dresses. If anybody is looking at going to this store for fittings or to buy dresses I warn you NOT TO. You will be highly disappointed at the service that they give on an already stressful time of planning and fittings with everything in between.

I can't recommend Linda, Alex and the team enough! When my Maid of Honour and I went to visit the store for the first time, we were warmly welcomed by Alex and did not feel any pressure while trying on both bridesmaid and wedding gowns. We had a lot of fun together, and received great tips and advice from Alex. After being to quite a few places, this store is kept quite tidy and has such a great collection of gowns, too many to choose from to be honest, but that's good, because they had different styles to suit different tastes/looks etc. And the couches are very comfortable as well to enjoy viewing the other standing up on the podium in front of the mirrors. :-)

A few weeks later I went back with my mother, and again, we were looked after so well and Linda was fantastic, genuine and friendly. We found great dresses for my mother and friend that time. Although I did not find my wedding gown here, there was one that was an extreme close second. I was able to be honest with Alex, and she gave me the confidence to make the decision about which gown to choose, and did not pressure me to chose theirs. They are all about finding the right gown for you and will do whatever possible to help.

The ladies kept in touch with me for a few months while I tried finding that right bridesmaid dress, with them being very considerate to the fact I had a couple of bridesmaids interstate. They went above and beyond to help with recommending sizes based off measurements for one of my interstate bridesmaids. Once we found the dress, they were able to accommodate for a shorter turn-around period for the dress to be made so that we could get the two interstate bridesmaids fixed for alterations when they come for the Bridal Shower in June. Linda was also able to come up with a solution to ensure the dress fit better for one of my bridesmaids.

I am yet to collect the dresses when they arrive in a month, but I have absolute confidence of everything working out really well. The ladies have been nothing short of accommodating, genuine and fantastic to work with. They have made the process that much easier. I can't wait for it all to come together. Thank you so much Linda and Alex! :)

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When we first went to this place we were pretty much yelled at by the staff for leaning towards a particular dress as it was more affordable, she said "who cares about the price!! Price doesn't matter!! We said "it actually does and so she stormed off and no longer wanted to help us. Then everytime I called up to pay my dress off I would be spoken to in the rudest manner! And put on hold for such a long period of time which I think was on purpose. Then they had told me I owed more money on the dress then I actually did so I had to send through my bank statements to prove I had paid off more then they were saying. Then no apology given or anything just extremely rude service. Once all us bridesmaids got the dresses back and some needed alterations they did not want to help at all! ..
I would have went there for my wedding bridesmaid dresses one day but there is no way any of us are going back. The experience had me shocked that staff could be that rude.My advice to anyone is to not ever go here! Especially because planning a wedding day should be lots of fun and you should feel welcomed in a place like this. Just terrible

Went into fashionably yours for my sisters wedding dress fitting as well as my fitting for my bridesmaid dress. The staff were so helpful, especially Alex who helped us that day, she took care of everything. The staff made me feel comfortable and took a lot of stress out of the day and made it enjoyable. The dresses were also beautiful and such lovely material. The dresses arrived perfectly when picked up
Defiantly will go there for any special occasion.

Beautifully presented shop and gowns. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found experience with other bridal shop staff to be unpleasant and pushy and fake and the use of high pressures sale tactics so exhausting. The staff here are a breath of fresh air in the bridal industry and are warm and accomodating and so helpful. I valued the honest expert advice from Alex and Carol and they both helped me to find the most beautiful dress! The dresses were kept in pristine condition and the range was very modern and stylish. There was also a massive range of fashionable bridesmaids gowns in a variety of colours and sizes and the help given to brides was also given to bridesmaids to help them find the perfect dress too. Five stars all round!

This was the first bridal boutique I went to and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were so lovely and so helpful finding gowns for me to try on. The first dress I tried on was beautiful and my bridesmaids enjoyed the boutique as well! Would recommend Fashionably Yours to anyone who is looking for a bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses.
