Fast And Fit Description
Private or group Athletics Sprint and Fitness coaching. Specialising in Short and Long Sprints, Middle Distance, Starts and Relays. Includes general fitness training through HIIT principals. Training at Sydney Academy of Sport at Narrabeen, Parks , Hills and Beach.
Our Coach is an Athletes Australia accredited Level 3 Sprints, Relays and Hurdles coach.
