My son is super In love with his car bed.
Where great with delivery and great help when I called.
The only sad thing is some off the lights don't work but it did how travel all the way out to Cloncurry in QLD. (We where expected something to not work traveling that far)

My advise to you not to buy from them. They now deleted all my posts and blocked me on their page not to Say my feedback about this business .

I ordered my sons bed with them in February and they told me 6-8 weeks and I kept waiting with the worst customer service ever. I had to chase them so many times and they never called me back , now after so many lies they told me August which I believe will be another lie.
I got upset and I wrote in their Facebook page then I received a life thereatning calls and emails from the owner to stop and they will not refund me a cent and if I want my money I need to come and get it!!!

The matter now is with fair trading.
I'm taking it further to NCAT

For now the only thing I can do is to advise you not to do my mistake .

my eldest son loves his car bed and we can't wait for our new one for my youngest son! All their friends are jealous when they see them. We have a small accident where my son lost his remote all the girls are so helpful! Love this place :-) definitely recommend it to anyone nervous for their child to go to their first big boy bed! Xxxxx

The car beds look incredible - I can't fault them. The organization itself, and the customer service could not be worse... In fact, the customer service is non-existent! I went in to order the entire bedroom package (bed, bedside table, rug, study chair, mattress and cushions, and sofa on a $1500 promotion). It was July and I needed it for my son's birthday on 29 August. I was told there's no stock but shipment was due early August so there was plenty of time; so I purchased the set and paid the deposit. A week before my son's birthday I had still not heard from Fast Car Beds so I called and was told there would be no stock till September. How an organization can function with no stock for 2-3 months is unbelievable and the fact they couldn't even call to communicate the delay is unacceptable. I was basically told I can wait or get a refund of my deposit... Which was a useless solution since I only had a few days to arrange an alternative. Then I get a call telling me that they had miraculously got my package and could deliver it in time if I paid in full. Once it arrived we assembled the bed and realized they sent a tall boy instead of a bedside table as per the advertised package we purchased. I called and Nina advised they could collect the tall boy and send the bedside when they had stock however they had no idea when that would be. Two days later I then received a second rug for no reason. I had to follow-up multiple times because there was zero communication from Fast Car Beds. 5 months since my original order I get an email from Rachel telling me great news your bedside has arrived and will be shipped when you pay for it! Another mistake since I had nothing left to pay on my order. I called again, no one answered, so I emailed asking for an explanation about why I needed to pay anything? Given all the mistakes and delays by Fast Car Beds you would think they would call to sort it out. Instead Rachel much preferred to send me sarcastic emails full of inaccurate facts about my order and basically telling me I should be grateful they are going out of their way to send me my items... And I especially loved her "please call us anytime and have a fantastic day"! Even after the stock arrival date she provided I again had to follow up asking when it would be delivered because a week after this date passed I had still not heard from them. And again, rather than calling to arrange a delivery day, I received an email that the driver was on his way 15 minutes before he arrived. I'm not an unreasonable person... I paid for a package and I expected to receive it when it was promised to me... Not to be stuffed around for 5 months... And sometimes issues arise however not picking up a phone (which is YOUR job) to tell people what has happened, and trying to resolve it is unacceptable! And the crazy thing is they will not accept any fault in the whole situation. Such a shame these awesome products are being sold by people who have no idea how to run a business!
1) Don't sell stock of you don't have it... Or at least be honest with the wait times
2) Make sure what you deliver people is actually what you advertised and sold them
3) USE YOUR PHONE TO COMMUNICATE - it's your job! Going back and forth via email because you can hide behind your mistakes is NOT customer service. I would however like to sincerely thank Rachel for finally picking up the phone and calling me after reading this review to ask me to remove it. Although you kept cutting me off and again refused to acknowledge any mistakes/poor service, I'm very happy to know your phones are actually working!
