Fast Removalists Sydney

Horrible service! This company charged me twice, but I had to chase them up and call them basically everyday for two months now and they still have not processed the refund. They would say they could only process returns on Wednesdays but then Wednesday would come and nothing was processed. They told me they would call me to confirm and they never did. They ignored all of my emails asking for my refund, it is so ridiculous to be asking for a refund for 2 months, I've never experienced such horrible service. The move itself was horrible, the removalists kept messaging to say they were 5 minutes away and would never show up. They initially said they would arrive at 12pm and got there at 7pm. The furniture itself was all scratched from the move.

The company read my review and tried to get me to sign an agreement to take it down or they won't give me my refund. I've had to contact Fair Trade NSW to assist with getting my refund.

Ibrahim is very friendly and helpful person. He is very co-operative and was always willing to offer options if i.did/didnt like anything.
I would use your service again.. and also ask for him to do my next job. I am very bappy with his professionalism and attitude.

The crew assigned to us were Jimmy & Jassi. They were professional and really moved fast. They were very careful with the way they handled our stuff and really took note of how to stack our boxes, etc well. We have nothing but praises for them. Very honest and fair with the times they charged. I am glad we used this company. I have no qualms about recommending them.

I was sceptical of the quality I would receive when I booked but I was tight for time and budget. Omar and Adam were absolutely fantastic. They called ahead and arrived on time. They wrapped and moved my furniture as if it was their own. They went above and beyond to ensure no damage to my things. They were friendly but fast in their work. I would definitely use them again. Excellent service and hard working guys! Sunny and Harry (Garry guys) provided an excellent service. They called me 1 hour before arriving, came fully prepare and with a positive attitude. When loading the truck they respect the boxes levels and pay extra care to glass and fragile boxes. None of my furniture was scratched and didn't complain when they had to walk stairs to unload the truck. I really appreciate the hard work and all the suggestion they did to make sure the move was as painless and stress-free possible. Thanks again will be recommending this service to my friends

i have moved with fast removalist, one of the best moves in my life. i moved from sydney to Qld and everthing arrived safely and not a single damage. everyhthing was wrapped perfectly and proffesionslly. thank u guys

Customer service was great & Lisa was super friendly and was great assistance but the delivery guys were 6 hours late & I had to call them to find out what was going on. Barely said 2 words to me except for thank you when I paid them cash with no discount for half a day wasted. Safe to say I wont be using "Fast" Removalist again.
