A month or so ago I was having the day from hell. I was seriously considering rethinking my choice of career, and needed desperately to lose some stress. Not in the mood to make dinner, I decided to drop in for something here.

The Pasta was amazing, the Iced Coffee was the drink of the gods and the garlic bread absolutely delicious. But best of all, absolutely best of all - their service was fantastic in every way. Everyone was exceedingly polite and helpful, smiling and offering to assist in any way. They had an air of energy and excitement, obviously pumped and working well.

By the end of the deliciously rich meal I was a lot calmer.

Since then I have returned every week, trying a different pasta dish each time. Some I loved, some were not quite to my taste (the perils of experimentation) but the main reason I kept going back is there service was consistently of incredible quality. Every single time every staff member was running at 100% - not a single frown, sigh, or hesitation, and smiles and helpfulness all around.

Bravo Fasta Pasta, for remembering that people do not just go to eat, but to experience, and you have made that experience an excellent one.

I will return.
