Have had a very disappointing experience with Toyota Hurstville. I signed a contract and ordered a car in March and was told it would be a 7 month wait for it to arrive. Booked it for the price of $31,200 and put a $1000 deposit. after patiently waiting for the whole 7 months for the car, weeks before the car arrives I am then told by Toyota Hurstville that the car’s price has risen by $4000. Am greatly disappointed that after waiting for more than 6months and signing a clear contract that Toyota increases the price and with very little notice. Would not recommend going here for purchasing a car.

Great customer service both on phone and in person by Joel, spare parts Hurstville, who helped me with my rear wiper. Only a small job, and tiny price, but his help in this rainy weather was so appreciated . He was so kind and courteous to someone who knew nothing about windscreen wipers. Thanks again Joel.

By far the best service I’ve had. I would like to thank Vincent song for being the best salesman. He was so patient with me throughout the purchasing of the Toyota Prado. Although my case was complicated, he assured me throughout it would be fine and he made it happen. I had bad experience with other stores where the sales people gave up very quickly and also showed no interest. I would recommend all my family members and friends to go and ask specifically for Vincent song to help them out because his sales skills are on another level. I had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car here. The sales person Vincent is quite humorous and made us laugh everytime we met. He always provided responses to any queries without hesitation.
I would definitely recommend Fergusons Toyota and Vincent song in particular for anyone looking to purchase a car here.

I have called several times to book my vehicle in to get my tints diagnosed and fixed as it’s starting to bubble , the worst customer service spoke to Mario 3 weeks ago who said they couldn’t find my contract because the salesman who sold me the car no longer works at Toyota, he was going to call me back two weeks later still no call . I then called spoke to wade who said Mario was on leave ! Why was my issue not passed on to the next service person why wait for Mario to come back. When I called again wade said Mario was on Lunch and will get back to me who still to this day week later still hasn’t called or replied to my email. I will be taking this up with fair trading if they not going to honour my life time tints warranty .

Bought a 2022 Fortuner Crusade from Ferguson Toyota Hurstville.
Ordered in December 2021 and delivered in May 2022 due to the chip shortage affecting all car manufacturers at this point in time and in no way the dealer's fault.
Chris offered a generous deal and kept us informed of the entire ordering and post delivery process along the way.
Staff make or break a business, and to their credit every staff I interacted with were professional and accommodating.
Our next Toyota will be from Ferguson's, too bad Toyotas just don't die.

Fantastic service, 4th car bought from them now and the service department are a group of champions especially the welcome you receive on arrival, explanation of the service to be done, the time it will take and what to expect, the communication has improved out of this world from the first car purchase to now. Congrats team keep up the great work.

Terrible service, this place should get investigated by fair trading

They make sales call to you adding extra service you dont need and try to rip you off, if you argue with them, they give you the worst face you will encounter in your entire life

Once i asked them said to them that i feel you shouldnt do the additonal service for my car and their reply is 'your feeling is not my concern'

Excellent service department, their mechanics are great and their service advisors most helpful and professional.

Fitting rear sensors for my car here gave me a very good impression. I would like to thank Mr Steven from Parts department. He is really professional and patient. He is willing to spend time explaining to me for details. I also want to thank Indianna, she is very nice and efficient. Lastly, I would like to thank the lady and the young man in the service department (Sorry I didn't ask your names). They are very polite. It rained heavily but they treated my Yaris extremely carefully. If I will do service in the future, hurstville toyota will be my first choice.

Took my brand new car home, realised later that night that my left headlight was not working. Called the next day to come in. Came in on agreed time, mechanics said their boys have left. Rescheduled to next day - came in and was instantly told by the lady with the ipad that i was not scheduled in. Tried to explain my situation, she didn't let me speak and even tried to talk over me and ordered me to park in customer bay. Car was finally taken in and I also mentioned to the gent that i had found something that looked like cigarette marks on the roof of the car on the day that i drove it away. He spoke to me with suspicion and said 'my boys would have noted that in the system when they checked it'...they must've also forgotten to note that a headlight wasn't functioning. Was told 1-2 hours later that the headlight part had to be shipped from japan and it would take a month. Came back a month later, waited 2-3 hours and was further told that there was an additional part missing that had to be shipped from japan again - another 3-4 weeks. Complained through email to the manager as i did not want to make a scene at the dealership - the lady who served me was one of the few friendly ones there so it was not her at fault. Manager listened to me through the phone, noted the details and booked me in asap for the headlight to be fixed (remove the part needed from another car with the same model and place it in my car). I arrived on the day and once again it took them a few minutes to find my booking. Gent who served me was unfriendly as well. Not sure what else I can say about this place...

I can confidently confirm that each and every representing team member of Ferguson toyota (Hurstville) have a great deal of knowledge requirements and characteristics that has been demonstrated. They are experts who are able to quickly recognise and diagnose technical problems.

Small car yard, not that many cars. Sales person was pretty good though.

Extremely polite, also quite flexible in organising test drive.
