Fernlee Kelpies Description
The Fernlee Kelpie Stud was founded by Ross Gilmore after being affiliated with his mentor Tony Rutter for a number of years. The stud aims to breed Kelpies with natural ability, high intelligence, strength and true Kelpie type.
In order to meet these aims the stud was established on carefully selected Capree, Backenbark and Kingsley bloodlines. Using this base we have been line breeding to produce exceptional dogs that meet the aims of the stud, that are true to type and have a good temperament.
