They are fraud people . When I was meet them they said I need to pay you only 40$ per week after that they charge me nearly 200$ for 3 weeks i don’t know why and after that when I asked them said I need to charge member ship joining fee and key too. I said I don’t need more I went there only for 2 time. She said if I want to cancel my membership I need to come office and pay them 455$ . 😡😠. They already took my signature on the contract. I m international student I don’t no they are discrimination with me or they treat like that same with another people. I did big mistake .this is my horrible experience with them . 😠

Signed up during a promotion but they still made me pay full price, they didn't tell me about the cancellation fee, unhelpful staff that wouldn't even show me how to use the equipment

Would not recommend this gym to anyone !! They only care about your MONEY

Know people who are very happy with this place

When signing up the staff were fat shaming and laughing at how people were dressed. A presumably indian coupled had walked in to enquire about signing up and the lady sitting with me said eww get those stinky people out of here.

Still thought I'd give it a go. Had one personal training session and was not asked what my goals are or why I was even at the gym she then told me to complete my own stretching as another client was there early.

When I complained about all the above the owner told me that her staff told her they did not say anything and that I did compete my full PT session including stretching. She said she trust all of her staff over me.

Cancelled my membership ASAP!!

Wasn't told about the cancelation fees until it was time to cancel, you have to pay $200 plus another month of payments
