I’ve had an awesome customer service experience with Sam. I have dealt with him last year but I could not find any better person look after the customer, take care of him and make sure is that everyone is happy. You are the best Sam.

For those who are looking for a tuxedo or any type of formalwear, you can't go wrong with Sam at Ferrari Formal. Absolutely top notch, knowledgeable, and hassle-free service from the moment I walked into the door to the moment when I returned my tux. Great prices for what you get and amazingly alterations are included as well. Sam went above and beyond especially with the shirt to make additional alterations that were not originally included so as to make the fit perfect. I rented the tux for a graduation dinner and got smashing reviews - seriously in my opinion the best place in Sydney to rent formalwear.

11/10. Our man Sam was a class above all those we had encountered on our journey for rental suits. After walking in Sam made us feel at home without forcing decisions upon us. He captured the vision without a moments hesitation and what flowed was a delightful dance of measurement taking, banter and laughs. A company that has the ability to cater for its customers with genuine care, expertise and humour is a rare one indeed. I don my hat to Sam and encourage all to experience the wonder that is Ferrari Formalwear.

Walked in with myself and 5 others of the bridal party and met Sam. After a conversational, professional and super efficient 45minutes, we walked out having tried suits and each of us been measured and considered! We were looked after, Sam's efficiency and care for what we needed was phenomenal. Huge props for Farrari Formal wear and the service we had. 5 stars!

2 weeks out from my wedding, I shopped around all of Sydney, including all of the major brands and stores, with no help whatsoever. Ferrari formalwear in Sydney literally saved my wedding. The customer service was spectacular, the variety was vast, and the sizes were tailored to fit!! Amazing store and I highly recommend you get your entire wedding clothes from there!!
Keep your eyes out for Sam, he will take good care of everything and ensure all your needs are met (unlike 15yr old retail girls that don't know the beginning of formalwear and wedding attire)
