What a terrible experience for a wedding
The store manager is rude as ever and blamed everyone but herself, when it was her organisation skills that were the issue.

12/5/18 suits ordered and measured. Collection date 1/5/19 arrival and only 3 suits were there, store manager says was our fault we came in to get the suits.

1 day and $4000 loss in wages later all 6 suits were in where 4 had to be altered and fixes.

We are now 24 hours behind on the wedding date thanks to the unhelpful store manager, who clearly showed no interest in customer service, she clearly just wanted the money only.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Extremely impressed with the service here. I had a complicated order with people interstate and overseas needing suits for an event. The team at Ferrari Parramatta were incredibly flexible and helpful in coordinating several stores across Australia for the fitting and delivery of the suits I needed. I would not hesitate to go back, and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had the best experience here with Gisel. She has so much knowledge and her taste is amazing. She sorted us out with a smile - nothing was too difficult for her. the service is amazing - the range is huge and had everything g we needed for our special day. Recommend highly - thanks Gisel - you lovely little legend

Very unprofessional. 3/5 suits were measured incorrectly. One suit we could not use for the wedding in the end because there wasn't enough time to get it fixed - legs about 2 inches too long and arms 3 inches too short. Was told we could get a refund and then when the suit was returned we were told we couldn't get the refund even though the suit clearly wasn't worn. When questioned we were told Jolene would get back to us that day, one week later still waiting! Do not go here!!!!!!!!

Outstanding. I hired suits for my wedding from Victoria rd. Their service was top notch, and the suits looked fantastic. All staff were excellent, but special mention to Rebecca; her good advice and patience were a huge help to us.
