Final Round Gym is a Boxing, and Strength and Conditioning Gym located in the Southwest Sydney suburb of Prestons near Liverpool.
Final Round Gym Description
Final Round Gym has functional strength training methodology at its centre for training individuals to obtain fitness goals. Final Round Gym is open to like minded individuals. We are functional, efficient and intense.
No gimmicks, No false promises, you get out what you put in!
Though the workouts we do seem intense, we do however use safe, proven methods to transform your fitness and provide challenging and motivating sessions that are unique to every visit.

Everyone says they want to fight, but not everyone wants to put the work in when they’re tired, finished work, cold, sick, family commitments, the don’t like the workout, and so forth...
Talk is cheap. Social media likes are free, but it’s once they’re under those lights that they either get exposed or flourish. Fighters come and go, trainers always remain. Very few ever make it.
