Today Rob Galluzzo and Christopher Nelius officially launched #LionsShare at the United Nations. For one of its first projects, the Fund has teamed up with Sumatran Orangutan Society (SOS) and Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation to buy a strip of degraded land in #Sumatra, Indonesia, and turn it into a forest. We hope this land will become a safe home to orangutans, elephants, tigers, and other wildlife in the area. Glad to have our partners United Nations Development Programme - UNDP, Mars, Incorporated, Clemenger BBDO, Nielsen, & The Economist, and Goodwill Ambassador Nikolaj Coster-Waldau with us to announce this exciting news.
