We’re looking at changing the face of economic development for Indigenous Australia. We aspire to build the capacity of Indigenous Australians to create and drive their own economic prosperity, and in turn, contribute to the nation’s economic growth.

We’ve seen this achieved in other parts of the world, NZ and Canada, and recognise that Australia is ready for similar progression.

We believe the greatest innovations come from those that are self-reliant, individuals who disrupt the norms and do things worth talking about.

We believe that self-reliance comes from extending opportunity. Extending opportunity in enterprise, capacity building and entrepreneurialism.

We believe that economic growth comes from managing and building capacity. Both individual and community capacity.

We believe that local people have the answers to local problems and that the function of leadership is to build more leaders, not followers.

We believe that building something together is far more rewarding than building it alone. And, that empowering each other is critical to future growth.
