The planning behind our @fishbutchery logo by @eating_orcards Nic was also responsible for the @saintpeterpaddo logo/ this fish was an image taken of a wahoo by @mrniland The brief was Mambo meets Nic’s original style with a touch of Dexter. Coffs Harbour Wild Kingfish / Yellowtail Kingfish (Seriola lalandi) is a member of the Carangidae family, otherwise known as Amberjacks or YTK. @saintpeterpaddo mascot / Eden John Dory / John dory reach reproductive maturity at 3‑5 years of age. They are known to spawn off the coast of New South Wales in late summer and autumn. Bermagui Gemfish/ Although the New Zealand population is genetically similar to that found in eastern Australia, there is limited migration across the Tasman Sea.
