Fish 'N' Chix

Purchased fish and battered fish. The fish was not cooked so I went back to ask for a cooked one. The lady stated that no matter how she cooked it the battered fish would be doey so she can't help me with that. After my jaw dropped and a few seconds of disbelief I then said what about a crumbed one. She then said if I say please I can have one.

I said excuse me surly you not asking me to beg for something that should of been cooked correctly in the first place. Or even just to fix your mistake.

She then said to her assistant to give the money back and said it's been great dealing with me and have a great day (in a sarcastic tone that could not be mistaken).

I don't mind people making a mistake but how easy would it of been to just cook another instead of making a scene and in the end alienating a customer with not only the uncooked food but the smug attitude of pushing me away from ever going back.

I firmly believe in karma and I would hate to be around when this lady gets her.

The funniest thing was when I told this to my friend that afternoon he himself had had a similar experience there a few weeks before.

So hence me writing this review to save someone else being treated that way in the future. Sad time we live in if this is allowed to happen.
