By using our page to buy or sell you agree to abide by the rules /guidelines of this page. Not reading them is not an excuse!
1) All posts must be compliant with relevant State and Federal Laws. It is the seller’s responsibility to make themselves familiar with these laws before posting. This includes the selling and /or giving of Knives etc. Any posts that do not comply will be deleted immediately and may result in the deleting of seller.
2) The posting /selling of stolen items will NOT be tolerated. Items found to be stolen will be deleted immediately and seller reported to Police. Members who feel there are stolen items listed on the page should contact Admin as soon as possible.
3) First person to comment on an item should be given first preference to buy. First in gets first choice; HOWEVER, seller reserves the right to take a higher offer but should give first person the chance to match this offer. Conditional sales such as “can you hold this item” are completely the choice of the seller and if no hold is available item should be offered to next in line.
4) All ads should contain relevant details including item specifics, price and location – ‘make an offer’ is not acceptable, a desired price must be set, but may contain ‘ONO’ (or nearest offer) if seller is unsure of items worth.
5) Members may list only 1 item per day. For members wishing to list more than 1 items an album should be uploaded displaying all sale items in the one album.
6) Unsold Items may be bumped 1 week after original posting if not sold. This should be done by commenting “bump” under the ad. Any other bumping will result in deletion of posts.
7) If a sale falls through, seller may relist with “Relisting due to sale falling through” - This may be done before the ”1 week no bump period”.
8) Offensive Language and /or comments will not be tolerated.
9) Hijacking another member's post with unnecessary comments or to sell one’s own items over that of the person posting is unacceptable.
10) No commercial retail business can post on this page. No exceptions!
11) Persons from outside Australia are not not permitted to post on this page.
12) All sold items should be deleted buy the seller after the sale has been completed. Old items may be deleted by Admin without warning.
The Admin of this page reserves the right to remove any user or post, at any time, without any warning or liability.
