Good facilities and handy 24/7 entry. Lots of machines and group fitness areas. Convenient near burwood station and situated in burwood Plaza. Only two squat racks and only two bench press stations. Frustrating having to hunt and pair dumbbell weights that are never in the right place.

Bad customer service. Rude to coloured people. Old and filthy gym.

The gym is a bit smelly and the the rate is more expensive than other gyms in the area.

Smelly gym with rude staff. Very intimidating for beginners. A lot of the equipment are broken and not fixed. Not enough variety of machines. Overpriced membership which makes your life hell when you try to cancel,, look elsewhere!!!

Good equipments... Good service. Great classes... As others said please avoid signing a contract... Rather just go for 3, 6 or 12 month pre pay option... You also get free months on those prepay option. That works cheap and its really hassle free...
