Fitness First Elizabeth Plaza - North Sydney

Older equipment but nice amenities. Staff are pleasant. Can be very (too) busy from 5-7

The staff is always friendly , but the machines there are too old. It's always close too early every day !!

The staff here are really lovely and the choice of classes is excellent. I've been to many FF gyms and this is by far the best. Thank you FF Elizabeth Plaza 😊

My favourite Fitness First (I also go to Walker Street, Mosman and have been to a couple in Melbourne). It's not over the top and because it's in North Sydney the gym-goers are mostly people working nearby. This means that if you go a bit later it can be super quite (like Friday night). The spin classes are awesome and I travel further now just to keep going to the same classes.
