dont know about service but i heard that they dont pay single dollar for the cleaners . they treat like a slave .RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great big gym with friendly staff

Nice Fitness First. Plenty of equipment, nice open space. Tricky to find if you've never visited before - its part of Westfield but only accessible from the car park.

Good convenient location, many group sessions and personal trainers. Equipment all in good condition and friendly staff.

Excellent gym with lots of great equipment. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when it is busy, it never seems crowded. There is plenty of room for everyone. I love this gym!

The worst gym ever seen. Normally from 5 pm to 7 pm I used to go to this gym. The terrible things I experienced is:
1. Over crowded. More people than the machines and once you are on a machine definetely you'll be asked "how many reps?" by someone.
2. Out dated old faulty machines. For example just see the treadmills and leg press machines and more there.
3. Most funny thing is that the personal trainers of this gym find their time on these peak times to do their own workout ( not with clents)
4. Some reception staff are attitude guys, mostly they don't care while we enter or mostly even dont mind to wish. Front Office management is bad. I asked for my membership payment history for applying private medicare rebate, the reply from one of the staffs was funny same time annoying.
5. Even if a new comer is doing a workout in a wrong or unsafe manner, I noticed the fitness trainers just stand aside and watch the "game". Last time I helped a guy to lift weights while he was struggling and on the point to drop weights while bench pressing. While a fitness trainer was just half a meter away observing him!
6. Staff won't tell or no display of any benefits or concession for members/long term members compared to other gyms.
7. Drinking water taps are not clean and faulty taps to fill water bottle.
Fitness first know that whatever may be they will run their business.
I highly recommend think twice before joining this Hornsby Fitness First branch... Thanks!

Great service. Standard gym pricing. Can get really busy at night but apart from that, the facilities provided are endless!
