Fitness First Rockdale

I have trained at Rockdale FF on and off through the years and up until recently it was a little dated and a little neglected, but the staff were always helpful, always professional and knowledgeable.. They've got all new equipment now and it's very much worth a visit if you haven't been there for a while..

I have been always totally anti-gym person. Hated gyms before, but I have found myself atticted now! I love the classes. I get up early to go to bodypump and Zumba instructed by Fabiana is seriously one of the highlights of my week! She is awsome!!
I like that they have new equipment installed and there is space to exercise even in the busiest hours.
I have never felt that place was dirty. They have cleaning products om every wall to preclean equipment if you are a big germ freak. Very convenient.

90% of the bikes in the Cycle studio are faulty and extremely old beyond repair. The handles and seats are not secure which can cause injury and is a OH&S issue. The bikes have been faulty for years and many people have voiced their concern. I believe Management/Owner have a duty of care and should immediately address the OH&S issue in the cycle studio.

All these 1 star reviews are ridiculous. The hours are great, they have all facilities and the staff are lovely!! You get juiced up people at all gyms and you cant blame fitness first for the attitude and lack of hygiene of people. Their cleaners dont stick around all day and follow members around!

I have a Platinum membership: meaning i have been to several fitness first gyms all over the country. This gym needs to be more hygienic. The equipment needs to be updated, and the locker rooms need a revamp.

saw a juice monkey physically and verbally assaulting his girlfriend for half an hour straight... had to report and leave... not a safe environment

Managed to finally get a refund on my fees after about 30 phone calls.

Safe to say, I'll never be a member of any fitness first. Ever again.

I love the swimming pool there but staff there not really helpful and clean could be a bit better

Best gym Iv been to. Most welcoming staff and Pt definitely recommend.

Its way to expensive. What is this? Look for another gym locally that is a lot more cheaper. Also this gym kinda dirty.

It has everything you need unfortunately its just too expensive at $21 a week if i remember correctly.

Has got more equipment than most other clubs,but some selfish members make this gym atmosphere unpleasant.

Been to many fitness firsts around sydney and this has to be the best one. equipment is new, theres a large pool, sauna etc people are friendly and customer service is one of the best. unfortunately people reviewing this negatively have not been going to this gym for longer than a day. keep it up FF rockdale!

absolute garbage service, extremely unreliable deserves no star at all. i have been to gyms in Sydney over the last 20 years and by far this is the most horrendous core, customer and facility experience of all gyms. definitely do not recommend rather i wish all to try fitness playground, fit and fast, anytime fitness all of which provide a great service. fitness first rockdale is an abomination of gyms in Sydney please shut this mess down id rather not have any further humans put up with such garbage pretentious services, i cant sleep knowing this place is open and running. so please for the love of god do not let this place stay open
