highly recommend this gym and especially the advice Erik provides. It's funny that franchised gyms offer ridiculous contracts, please beware, they are all social sitting on benches clubs. you will never get a full workout done in 45mins. the advice you get are from teens with no experience in nutrition and bodybuilding or toning. Try Erik at fitness zone, service is wonderful, the equipment are Real like watching pumping iron, and the advice is the killer. From supplements to meal planning.
Avoid the cheap, spend what is worth more you can desire.
