The poorest communication, no returned phone calls, accountant is always in a meeting, Pauline is a cunning business woman who takes advantage of your stupidity. $1320 for a business return for 1 employee. Do the community a favour and retire.

Worst experience of my life. Poor service and shocking ability to provide taxation advice. Unable to return phone calls. Poor receptionist knows me by name. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

Can't rate these guys high enough.
I own & operate a local business, so keeping update with what I can & can't claim is most important.
Nothings ever a bother & they always get back to me if I have a question.

Ive been going to the same guy for over 20 years, a friend told me about these guy and ive havent looked back.
Im only a small business, but dont think a good accountant isnt very important when your the small guy
Rick opened my eyes to a number of things i can improve on and it was just a great experience

Keep clear of this mob. Costly mistakes they expect me to foot the bill for.

Fitzpatrick Group provide a service that is second to none. I have been getting my tax return done with them for the last two years. They are personable, friendly, prompt, and professional. If you are looking for quality service and a team you can trust, you can't go past Fitzpatrick Group.

Should have their licence revoked. No idea what they are doing.

Words can't express the stress I have experienced since using Fitzpatrick Group. Their lack of due diligence has cost my company thousands of dollars. Not only has the service been appalling, they are rude and dismissive stating that they will still charge me for advice that cost me thousands of dollars to rectify when they approved an incorrect entity type.
