Five Dock Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Permanently Closed)

Bought a car from here with my sister. The guys were great!

Bought a Jeep Compass and the day I drove it out I noticed it severely pulled to the left. For some reason when I test drove it this was not apparent but a few days later when I picked it up it was terrible. Was told it needed a wheel alignment?!?! On a new car?!?! After many trips to the service centre and unhelpful people at the dealership I was promised a free full service at 10000km. When I phoned Matt the manager at Five Dock Jeep to book in service he never returned calls or emails. Phoned the service centre to book in for free service and they told me Matt never authorised it. Was constantly lied to and let down. Don't do business with Jeep Five Dock.

I bought a Cherokee Trail Hawk recently from this dealer and the experience was very disappointing and frustrating.....
I dropped in to this dealership on the way to a Jeep dealer in Sutherland. the salesman I dealt with was a professional without any hassle and he was genuine.. so I decided to buy from him....
The worst ever experience came when I went there to pick up the car. The finance guy called and ask to come on around 10:30am Friday of the week so I took day off and went there with my wife.
When I walked into the dealership, no one was expecting us... we've been treated like one of tire kicker...I said to one of the staff that we came to pick up our car but they didn't know which car ? The salesman who sold the car was Day off and no one new we are coming....
The "Business Manager " came out and said someone will take care and when I opened a vehicle with a Big Ribbonon the bonnet which seemed like for new customer pick up and I presumed it's mine, she said "it's not yours and shouldn't touch it" and she closed the vehicle door. "Very Rude".
There was another car next to it but wasn't ready for delivery. There were scratch on the body and a boot mat which I requested wasn't ready..... The "Business Manager" seemed she didn't care about a customer who came for a pick up and we felt being ignored and abused.....I was loosing my patience...
Then there was a professional salesman who rescued us from the nightmare. "Scott Kerr", he was genuine in customer care and concern. With his professional and genuine attention to us, we could drive out the new car with smiles on our faces.
If he didn't involve in our pick up, this experience should have been worse than a back yard used car dealership experience.
Without Scott, I rather score 0 or negative rating. Good Job Scott and appreciate your genuine customer service! Ed

Just recently purchased a new jeep from Scott Kerr. He made this process extremely straight forward all the way through to delivery, was very professional and easy to deal with. The pick up of car was well organised and I was run through all the details thoroughly. Would have no hesitation recommending Scott and Five Dock Jeep.

I was very happy getting my new car and favourate brand Jeep...I was telling myself "I bought a jeep"...but the finance department manager...I guess his name Ishaan was not happy because I did not get finance from them and the last hook to make me get some sort of gap insurance also was not successful....After my finance got approved and settled I went to the showroom after one day to pick car and I was told to come before 11 am which I did even I didn't had good sleep after finishing my night shift at work.....I had to pay my 20% deposit and finish my paperwork so I followed all the instructions of the finance manager and paid the deposit, signed documents. After finishing everything he says to get my car I have to wait another half n hour ...I said my loan has been approved and settled why I can't then he says they haven't been informed from their account department and I said why did you told me to come before 11am if you don't get informed from your account department until 12:30pm and this rude bloke answer was we will have customer at that time...so am I not your customer...after selling car for you we mean nothing...this bloke expression and customer service is totally fake and can be seen in his body language...I was buying more than 50k vehicle from them and last impression was really bad.....Jeep is good but not this person representing....be aware of this guy if you drop in Jeep showroom in fivedock.

Terrible experience when trying to purchase a second hand car from these people. No one seemed to know much about the car, they couldn't even start it! After a long debate we decided to purchase the car as it was just to be a run about, but come the day we were to pick it up we were told it was still in the work shop. This is despite us giving them 5 days notice that we had to pick it up on a specific day and us being told it wouldn't be a problem. We called during the 5 day period and was assured it would be ready. The sales person we dealt with clearly couldn't have cared less. Needless to say, we ended up not getting the car and are disgusted by their lack of communication and service.

From the moment I rang, to the second I walked onto the yard I was blown away by the professional, yet laid back approach of the team here. Scott Kerr was absolutely fantastic & after a day of meeting arrogant & pretentious sales people, he was a welcomed & refreshing find. We were encouraged to test drive the car on our own & it really gave us the opportunity to get a feel for the car ourselves without feeling supervised & obligated. The other guys in the team were all friendly & offered us chips & drinks & one of them even pulled my chair out for me & offered me a seat. The experience here was a luxury that we as purchasers are rarely afforded. I would recommend anyone to visit these guys. Very impressed! A++

Went to browse cars and met helpful staffs there. Received lots of useful information and advises and there was no one pushing us...... we can tell the people there really love the cars. The manager (Phil) who helped us was a very decent gentleman and super knowledgeable. Overall a very nice experience.

very nice people to deal with. I bought a used dodge journey a month ago. i am very happy with the car. Tony was the sales person, and he is really helpful. the manager is very nice too and polite.
