BODYBALANCE tonight at 6:30pm. Join us and feel the difference! The class begins with easy, flowing Tai Chi moves designed to center and warm your body up.The instructor will then take you through various Yoga and Pilates sequences to strengthen and tone your key muscle groups. Poses and stretches are used to create suppleness and flexibility. The final 10 minutes are set aside for meditation and relaxation which also enhances the effects of the exercise.

"Five Star is 5*" The best gym in Port Macquarie. Being a trainer myself (here on holidays from Tasmania), I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have the best group fitness, facilities & staff. (Special thanks to Andrew, Jodie, Renee & Reece - you guys are awesome)

I've had the most amazing week, working out with the best instructors/trainers, awesome workouts (especially CCX!!!) & very friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for making my holiday even better than expected. See you on my next visit to Port Macquarie
