A walk through Fivebough Wetlands
Hooray! The new footbridge has been installed at Petersham Road carpark. The bollard is removable for wheelchair access - the key can be collected from the Leeton Tourist Information Centre. Thanks HiMarq for another great job! π
Fivebough Wetlands will be closed to public access on Monday 27th August 2018 for construction works to upgrade the footbridge at Petersham Road carpark. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Here's another one of our local treasures!

Lovely morning to be wandering... βΊοΈβοΈ
Hi all, just a note regarding pages v groups. A page is a fully public Facebook page visible to all of the world. I've set up several and try and post only pictures that anyone could get. They are a great way to promote our public places to locals and visitors.
A lot of people when they visit a place like to tag themselves to other family members and friends who may well be in the cities, interstate or even over seas. It's never a good idea to post to personal a photo on Pag...es.
Thanks Martin

Went for a walk with my wife on Sunday, I made it to Glossy Ibis Shelton although that particular path is a bit grown over. Had to leave my wife resting among the plants! Martin
