There must be a system of evaluation of persons who are considered a threat to those in Public Office and in the Public Arena. But it must be accountable.

Persons in Public Office and those in the Public Domain must be protected from those who seek them harm. But we must ensure that any Group which seeks to remove the freedoms of those it seeks to assess for any danger are accountable and transparent. We do not want 'Elite' and Dominant Groups hijacking Fixated Threat Centers for their own Political Purposes. Do we 'People of the World'.
