Mussels were fresh and cooked well. But most weren’t prepared properly and I had to pull the “beard” off. Starter of fish soup was revolting- think they had used the fish mousse entree and blended it up to use up or something. Pork knuckle was cooked well, but bland and could do with more sauce. Overpriced and disappointed. Great beer menu though.

Good local, interesting venue. Great beer selection although mostly bottles which are pricey but not more so than most places selling the same. Good food though.

Incredible spot for a lazy Sunday lunch. Fish mousse and cured salmon - amazing! You can't really pick a bad dish. Make sure you try a few of the unique beers on offer too.

My partner and I ate here on a chilly Sunday night two weeks ago. Quiet, cosy atmosphere. There were about six other people in the restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of Belgian beers.

Lovely, atmospheric place, complete with a roaring fireplace. We had the mussels and beef. Both were very good. The standout here is the service. There was a mix-up with our order and the waitress was quite accommodating.

Great food and beers but it was as quiet as a monastery on Thursday night. Get the atmosphere going guys and turn up the music 🎶

Had a lovely Belgian dinner here. They were very accommodating as we turned up on a busy night without a table. We felt like we were at our own private bar in the cozy lounge and enjoyed trying their selection of beer. Dinner was great, food was tasty and hearty. The waitstaff and bar staff were fantastic, and looked after us all night. Whilst we weren't with kids, it was nice to see a kids menu with veges on the plate too, which I'm sure holidaying parents will appreciate. Overall I cannot complain!

Friendly floor team, great selection of Trappist beers. The mussels were delicious.
