I was just walking in for a consultation but end up having a great first beauty salon experience. My therapist is Lanka. She was extremely professional on suggesting treatment and products. Cant believe i have never been to a beauty therapist but i'm glad my first time was with these ladies! Already rebooked for micro needling in couple of weeks! i cant wait!

I would like to thank everyone at this amazing place I had the best relaxing time during my deluxe hamam, top service they treat you like family. They were ensuring I was comfortable at all times during my treatments. I will be back for sure for more treatments and I will be telling all my friends about it. One more time I would like to say thank you for all the wonderful beauty therapist there and special thank you for the lovely owner who kept checking am happy with all my services at all times that and made me feel so welcomed.

Thank you so much for an amazing two and half hours at your gorgeous spa. My wife and I had Royal Oriental Hammam and it was out of this world. Everything was perfect, from the online booking, professional, friendly staff and venue 10/10. Will be back again, highly recommended. The best spa in Sydney.

Very disappointed with the experience. I bought a package for my partner for her birthday and wish I had spent it elsewhere. They could not do the treatment properly. They opted to swap our therapists to solve the problem when it did not. The manager did not bother to come in till my partner suggested we leave. There was no apology. She tried to ameliorate the crappy experience by offering us a $30 voucher to return after paying her $480. So insulting. It's very below average. Don't waste your money on it. The owner will lie and try to justify her actions on top.

We attended the spa last week as a couple. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. It is most certainly not a luxurious spa - right on a busy road, rude staff who do not introduce themselves before the treatment, who give you attitude when you ask for a firmer massage. There was no apology from the therapist and no attempt to improve her therapy neither on me nor my partner who also gave her the same feedback when we swapped which was their solution!! It was only when I got up to leave and threatened not to pay that the manager stepped in to apologise and in the end they swapped her with my partner's therapist so he ends up with the crappy therapist and mine was not much better. After she gave us lip service claiming she went over time when she did not. She even ate into our time by the time she changed our therapists because no one else was available.

In the end she tells us they have 15 years of service and experience and they list deep tissue therapy as an option yet they certainly cannot perform one! If they don't specialise in this, they should take it off their menu.

The owner tried to rectify the situation by offering us a $30 voucher to come back after paying $480!!! So she thinks you will go back after all this with $30 rather than offering something there and then.

This outifit is not a spa... in fact it's a 2-3 star joint trying to emulate a 5 star spa.
Don't waste $500 on a partner package. It's so not worth it. Read the other posts below. We should have done this before.

Best spa in Sydney . Had a hammam treatment was amazing and much more nicer than the hammam i had in morocco.
I since went back for skin peels and facials with my sister. Love love love.

The best spa ever. Never seen that much profesional attitude and passion for beauty industry. All therapist were very nice and from their touch you can say they are very experience. Thank you!

Terrible service... I tried to reschedule a booking as my wife's grandmother had a stroke and they would not allow it as I called on Sunday when they were closed and they didn't receive the message in time. Waste of $250. What a joke! Would not recommend. It's a shame some people have no compassion.

5 yrs ago I went here and thought it was fantastic service treatment and the person who did my treatment was wonderful...
We moved away from the area so Fleur de Lys wasn't close anymore but last year for my birthday my partner and daughter went there to the medispa and bought me a treatment package knowing how much I liked it... However, due to our house move I had lost the gift voucher and only found it couple days ago amongst things as you do and I rang up and spoke to the manager(Linda i think), if I can still use the gift voucher my partner had purchased since he spent hard earned money to buy it even though it is expired, I thought they would have more understanding due to the situation!
It is not like he purchase a cheap deal from groupon! The manager basically just said sorry its only valid from 6 months only from date of purchase, and that was that!

Extremely disappointed in the poor service and lack of understanding towards customers, my first experience 5 yrs ago was great but after today I will not use the service again or recommend to anyone either. Being a mum who also runs a business also, I believe in always understanding different situations my clients go through, this is what brings them back time and time again!
