Flexispace is a joint venture between Charter Hall and InterOffice Property Services. Together, we saw a need for a new kind of flexible meeting and working solution which addressed two needs. Tenants of major office buildings frequently need flexible access to workspaces, meeting rooms and event space, and were keen to access these services within their buildings. Similarly, growing professional businesses and developing start-ups also needed not only more flexibility and better value than was being offered in the market, but also more appropriately designed workspaces to meet their specific needs. So we set out to meet the needs of both groups, and Flexispace is the result. Flexispace caters for every kind of working style – from open plan and semi-private workspaces, right through to private offices and collaboration zones – even event space – in a relaxed, yet professional environment.
