A great place for the kids to enjoy... and adults too

Staff Are to strict can't even flip into the foam pit.

Good place for the kids to burn some energy. Been there for a kids party. They just order pizza. And get time to jump. But not much room for parents to sit at the front while the kids play.

Seriously, go to one of the other trampoline parks in Wollongong. The staff here were surly and obviously unhappy, the woman I took to be the manager was especially rude and the place felt dismal.

I wish I could give zero stars, a whole star really is too generous. Upon arrival my family of four adults and three children were greeted by a friendly enough team member. The place had a seedy feeling about it, the staff seemed miserable it and the layout did not allow for adequate supervision. When one of my companions produced his NSW Companion Card the staff member sought the advice of her supervisor as she had never encountered the card before. The supervisor had a very protracted, hushed discussion prior to speaking to us. From the moment she spoke to us her manner was inordinately rude and, frankly , aggressive. She demanded to know "what is this?'" We explained that is is a government-issued card given to carers of people with lifelong disability so that they can take the people they care for to events and venues free of charge to promote access for disabled people. We showed her the NSW Companion Card website and she said "where does it say I have to let you in for free?" and called the franchisee who upheld the manager's position to refuse to accept the card. The manager was incredibly insulting made it clear she thought my companion was trying to get a free jump. She told us "you can watch from the treads like other carers". We explained that this would be inadequate for our particular situation, that he needs someone to physically aide him, but both she and the franchisee remained obstinate. We left and went to Hangtime in Springhill, just 5mins up the road. We were greeted by and incredibly friendly, helpful team member who was familiar with the Companion Card and accepted it without question. The layout was great and, even without the Companion Card, admission was cheaper. All the staff seemed really happy like they were having fun, a big contrast to the miserable atmosphere at Flip Out Warrawong. We were extremely disappointed by the anachronistic attitude of the owner and manager of Flip Out, but the silver lining is that we had a great time at Hang Time and have found a regular rainy day place there.

The parents waiting area was extremely congested, tables were a little to close together, children had to push past. Was a little to small for that many tables.
