Really lovely flower arrangements, and super friendly service, particularly helpful with arranging delivery for a birthday surprise of a lovely mixed orchid arrangement in glass vase. Have shopped here previously and never disappoints with the quality.

Ordered a corsage for my daughter's formal a week in advance. Arrived on the afternoon of the formal to pick it up and had to wait 10 minutes while they "looked for it." For my $55, I was presented with a single Orchid bloom, a couple of leaves and a ribbon to tie it on the wrist. Not happy, but had no choice given the timing. It didn't fit properly and kept moving and eventually the bloom started to tear a couple of hours into the evening, so my daughter took it off. Went to the shop this morning to let them know. Little or no concern. I got a half sincere "sorry."
