Thanks Claire for making such a stunning and beautifully wrapped bouquet of the best of spring flowers for me to give to a friend.

Flourish are sensational - flowers of great quality and beauty and striking arrangements - and always a pleasure to deal with!

My Grandmother sent me a bouquet from Flourish, it was the most amazing bouquet I have ever seen. The perfume from the flowers was so amazing and strong their sent filled the room. They also lasted extremely well.

As a florist they are amazing. As a service provider, it’s pretty bad.

For my Jan 8th wedding, I started making contact in early Dec and got very little correspondence to my emails and calls.

Come Jan 6th I was getting nervous as hadn’t been able to get a conversation out of anyone. Called and was told it was a bad time and I’d get a call back. I didn’t.

Went in on Jan 7th, one staff member was lovely. The other made me feel like a nuisance and was snappy. Apparently it was my fault that they hadn’t got an “official’ order for me.

Said which flowers I’d prefer for my wedding but said if they don’t look great at the market, just choose any flower for me. Got roused on for “changing my mind”. Explained I was trying to be helpful and one staff member got it, the other remained cold and snappy.

Well … guess what … come my wedding day my preferred flower WASN’T available that day at the market. I was happy with what they chose instead.

I wasn’t happy though that the delivery to my hotel was an hour late and held me up from getting into the wedding car AND it was 40% more than quoted (one would have assumed that as I made life easy and said “choose whatever flower you like” rather than send them hunting down plum calla lilies that this charge hike wouldn't have happened?)

As I said, beautiful products but the poor service levels from one particular person, and lack of interest in helping your wedding to run to plan, means I will stop all the referrals I've been doing for over 10 years
