Well established business organisation. I like this place, as it is suppose to be the exclusive garden centres which sells almost all garden products.
But many products you don't get there either. For example; bark type Stackpole for the interior climbing plants, I didn't find there.

Plants & fertilisers are much costlier than other centres; for example; Bunnings warehouse!

Went to flower power on Sunday 10/04/2017 and purchased approx $700 worth of landscaping supplies. I came back on Monday 11/04/2107 to return one small pot of flower worth $10 because the flower was broken due to it having a weak base and the "manager" named Lee didn't want to refund it. I will never go back again as long as this guy is working there. Also he was eating and chewing on food with mouth full while talking to me. So unprofessional and arrogant. Moreover, he walks away without resolving anything. Very bad staff member. The other staff members seemed to be in agreement with me.

I rang with an enquiry about buying 10 Black Eyed Susan Vines. When put through to the horticulturalist, a bloke answered the phone. He passed on my enquiry to the horticulturalist, who was standing next to him. I could hear the sneer in his voice when he said "that's a weed. We don't stock weeds". I thanked him and hung up.
I looked it up after the call, and there IS a kind of wildflower-looking plant that's also called Black-Eyed-Susan, but it's a completely different plant to the one I'm looking for. I don't know about you, but I'd expect a horticulturalist to know stuff like that. I even gave the bloke who took the call the name, Thunbergia Alata, but to be fair to the horticulturalist, that wasn't passed on to him. But I didn't pursue it, because after hearing the disdainful tone in his voice, I decided I wasn't spending my hard-earned at a place where the "expert" feels like he can treat me like an idiot. He might not have known I could hear it, but it's a character thing.
I emailed them complaining about the service, but nearly 2 weeks later and no reply.

I feel like Flower Power Moorebank is my second home over the spring / summer. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable, the plants I have bought are doing well. I love getting the vouchers for being a garden club member " bonus". Thank you and Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.

Flower Power (FP) have such an amazing assortment of healthy plants to select from.
I have always experienced the staff to be so knowledgeable, professional and friendly and keen to assist in answering any of my gardening questions.
The store is well maintained.
Nellie's Cafe not only has delicious food and beverages but also a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
I so love taking the grand children to the fun days which are normally held twice a year and also to the Kids Gardening workshops held during school holidays. They just love it! - as do I!
