Flowers At Kirribilli

Just picked up my $90 flower crown. With brown leaves on my white roses. Not to mention tiny white and pink roses that was apparently made fresh on the day. For $90 I was expecting massive roses and a very full flower crown, just like the ones on their website and Instagram page. Extremely disappointed and I am embarrassed to give it to my best friend for her hens day. Will never go back

Little hole in the wall in Kirribilli with an abundance of fresh flowers. The design I received was so beautiful. Wish I knew about this little gem sooner. Will be back - thank you.

Walked in on a quiet Saturday afternoon ready to buy some roses for my wife. Enquired, 'how much is a bunch please'. With a straight face she said... '38'. I was then quoted a range of prices for 6 stem of roses (as if it's that hard) Very. Ambiguous. Rudely remarked, 'Or you can walked up to the market and get them' I was dismayed at that and said 'Excuse me?' At no time was I rude or intrusive. For the record, I did end up buying my flowers from the florist at a Milson point station. The arrangement may not be as nice but certainly less arrogant. They were interested in the story and provide the extra edge for a small transaction. How did Kirribilli win a local business award with this approach? It does seems there is a trend with the staff on Sats. 😕 Florist is more than just selling flowers. You are the first point of contact for weddings, births, passings or just. You cannot under estimate the importance of customer service in your business. What experiences are you really providing. It's more then just the decor. Since this incident, I have since bought flowers from 3 other florists but not Kirribilli. When you understand its never about price but the experience, then you'll win me back (and the people I recommend business and services)

I just got my photos back and I couldn't be happier with all the flowers and the bouquets. Thank you so much for making the whole process so easy and being so helpful and accomodating to my many requests. You really made the wedding even more special than it already is! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to all of my nearest and dearest.

Wonderful shop that smells AMAZING! Louise is fantastic with putting together flowers for all the special occasions that last ages! Very polite and will listen to what you want and offer suggestions and solutions if the flowers I'm searching for are out of season! I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE!
