Flowers For Everyone

Twice I have received flowers via this store and both times the 21cm x 15cm card had the message written in about size 4 font. Unable to read it. When I called I was met with a real stroppy attitude, unhelpful, and persistently quoting "Privacy" So private I could not read who they were from! Your attitude and the fact the flowers were dead in 2 days leaves me no option but to tell my family and friends not to use you again.

Ordered at about 9.30am for delivery by 2pm. Arrived at noon and the bouquet looked larger than on the site. Would buy from again!

great store, the ladies perfectly handcrafted my flowers on the spot(it looked the exact same as it did in the photo!)the store smells beautiful with all its flowers and my flowers(pretty in pink) have a lovely floral fragrance that is still being released in my house.

Online site is easy to use and they delivered same day (only hours after I placed the order). Great site, service, and communication - I got an email once the delivery was successful.

Flowers were good, and price reasonable considering inner City location. Service was a bit average though, I was basically left to choose something myself despite asking for advice.

Wrong flowers delivered to right address.
Courier insisted that the wrong flowers (addressed to a man) were meant for my girlfriend. Receptionist says this debate lasted an hour.
Were told not to bother the poor receptionist again, but they returned and hassled the receptionist and my girlfriend to hand back the flowers.
Not very apologetic over the phone. Not respective of other people's time.

I have only had friendly service from the ladies. They are happy to combine different flowers together and present it beautifully as a bouquet. They always have a small selection of home decor available according to the season. Just a bit on the pricey side if you compare it to Woolworths, but keep in mind their flowers last a lot longer than the flowers from Woolworths.
