I used to love your service and products but things have gone downhill over the last year. For Valentine’s Day, my husband sent me roses to my work. He paid for a full dozen, but only half a dozen were delivered. It was only when I got home that my husband realised what had happened. For our entire relationship, he has sent me 12 red roses on Valentine’s Day and has paid a premium each year to do so.

When he contacted customer service they couldn’t give him a reason why this occurred. They offered him a partial refund of 50% then when he said this wasn’t good enough, they eventually gave him a full refund.



He then used part of the credit to send me a dozen red roses a few weeks later. When they were delivered they didn’t look fresh and they died within a few days.



Most recently I attempted to purchase chrysanthemums for my mother on Mother’s Day but was informed that Flowers for Everyone could not guarantee that Mother’s Day Flowers would be available on Mother’s Day. What a joke.
