Flowers Link

I only decided to purchase flowers from here because it was one block away from the delivery address. I had specifically requested an AM delivery.
They delivered a great bunch of flowers, but at 5:30pm. The Recipient had already left the building and had to drive back to collect.

In addition, the message that accompanied the flowers was incorrect. At POS, I realized the message hadn't pulled through correctly so sent a follow up email with the correct message. The Operations manager responded with confirmation that the message would be corrected. But this didn't happen.

I did follow up with feedback on the service and my service fee was refunded, but all in all I don't think the $10 refund was adequate compensation for the complete lack of service along with the dissapointed recipient.

Needless to say, I wont be using the Petals network again!

Unreliable! Spent $150 on Valentine's roses to be delivered to an address IN THE SAME SUBURB. I even received verbal confirmation that delivery was on track, when i followed up on the morning of delivery. Cut to 4pm that afternoon and i spent 1 hour chasing up via phone (didn't pick up 9 times), only to find out they wouldn't be delivered that day as promised. They couldn't even organise an after-hours drop off. Watch these guys. They suck.

Absolutely lovely. If looking for affordable and good service look no further. Got exactly what I asked for but it turned out even better. Even when I showed up a day early and asked for the order sooner, no problem. Very happy. I will return here for flowers for any occasion in future

Fantastic service, highly recommended! I live overseas and called up the day before my Grandmother's 95th birthday and they were absolutely brilliant, delivered a gorgeous bouquet to her at exactly the time I requested. Wonderful customer service and very accommodating, and great flowers!
