Very happy with my experience at Focus Orthodontics. A very helpful and professional team, willing to tailor the service in order to fit my desired outcome. The laid back and approachable staff make for an easy trip to the orthodontist.

Focus Orthodontics is a wonderful team of friendly professionals, from the reception team to the surgery. All the staff are highly experienced and really friendly. My experience with Dr Jong was excellent and I appreciated his professionalism and expert advice. I highly recommend this practice.

I was extremely happy with the services provided by Dr Mun Jong. Dr Mun Jong is very approachable, happy to answer all questions, and very professional. Most importantly, my daughter was very happy with her treatment. ,Although there was one misunderstanding, it was resolved quickly, considerately and professionally to my satisfaction.

Warming and welcoming atmosphere, with great people. Appointments are easy and fast, and email reminders are sent just in case you forget, and in the case that you do forget, rescheduling is a breeze, only one call away. The staff are very friendly and fun, creating an enjoyable experience every visit, blasting away the stereotype of scary dentists.

I couldn't recommend Focus Orthodontics enough, staff are so friendly and understanding. I was very worried and stressed about the treatment I had to have especially pricing, however the staff at Focus were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and put my mind at ease. Couldn't recommend Focus Orthodontics more! Currently being treated by Dr Mun Jong and every session's a treat. I've had a pretty long journey with braces and Dr Jong has made sure I've stayed informed the whole way through - from fixing an overbite and moving the gums up. Nothing has been done without first making sure both me and my family have understood the processes. Above all, it's a friendly and warm atmosphere in this Burwood house. The receptionists are always happy to help; I've lost a few packets of elastics and they've saved me time and time again by mailing packets out. Happy to be a patient here - two years and counting. Never a dull moment!

My daughter had her braces done not long ago. The service was pretty good and efficient. Dr Jong has done a great job for my daughter and credit to his patience. I have no complaint at all. Well done.
