We have a network of agents and brokers who identify under-utilised raw land sites (nothing is on the market) that we can add value to, through a compliant development application. We then find the best usage for the available land and work with council to ensure the application is completed. At this stage we either have the option to sell the site or begin construction. Loan agreements are typically for an 18 month term, equating to a return of 45% in total. These levels of profit are generally only accessible by the developer themselves.
